    I only used the bag once (after I needed to replace my old samsonite that started to fall apart after years of intense travelling). The bag is great despite of being compact fits quite a lot - I packed for 10 days worth of travelling (summer clothes). So far I am happy and I hope will last at least as long as my old bag did

    Great for travelling light not used it yet but am impressed by the materials used and the logic behind the internals. I have trial packed and can get my electronics packed safely and all the other bit u need to live out of for a week or so. fully loaded the wheel turn and the case goes where it should.

    Excellent cabin luggage. Size comparable to most airlines. Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre even with a large suitcase as well. Can fit a decent amount in the case. Robust enough to withstand being put in the hold as well - this happened with my recent flight as airline were looking for people to volunteer to put their luggage in the hold. Like the charging facility and bought a power bank to enable this.

    Used for the first time today as a cabin bag. Got to my hotel and the part attached to the zip to pull it open is broken and gone. How can it be so badly made that literally placed in an overhead locker taken out into a taxi and broken. Really poor
