    Very bad quality we had our last set of Samsonite luggage for 17 years and were very happy with all aspects of the quality of the cases but this case is made from poorer materialthe zipper is already sticking on it's first use and the handle if flimsy and weakall in all not the quality I'd expect from Samsoniteand the returns policy is designed not to allow you to return them if you've used them and aren't happy which is ridiculous.
