I would not recommend this product
Had the case for one week went on holiday for the first time and it scratched and dented terribly. Pictures speak for themselves.

Very happy with my case.
Recently I've started to do a lot more work trips abroad. Purchased a couple of budget priced cases but they didn't survive first contact with the baggage handlers so i decided to follow my usual rule of you get what you pay for. I purchased from the best manufacturer of luggage that i know and I wasn't wrong. The Proxis Spinner I purchased is light and very well made. First outing was two week trip to LA/Chicago then back to the UK and the case had a rough time especially from Chicago to UK. It was really scratched both sides and had received a blow to the base which had creased the bottom of the case. It didn't look good but the case stood up to the abuse it got and I'm confident that I'll get a good few years out of it. Even recommended it to my wife and she purchased a smaller version.

Do not buy too flimsy
We have always used Samsonite cases and own three of the original hard case designs (which have survived multiple trips over the years with only the odd scratch ) and are brilliant . As regular long haul flyers we needed an additional similar case to accommodate our growing family so we purchased the Proxis spinner. When it arrived it was considerably more flimsy that the previous cases but needed the case for use so kept it. The case has been used twice once on a long haul flight to NZ and the second on a short haul flight to Greece. On the second flight we collected the case from the carousel to discover that one of the 4 wheels had been pushed into the case ( I'm assuming it had been dropped on the corner) and wouldn't wheel. We have tried pushing the wheel back out back out to no avail. We now have a very expensive flimsy case that doesn't wheel properly. They cases look great and are light but are not durable and I certainly would not trust it to survive intact another flight. I am very disappointed in the case and would definitely NOT recommend. Samsonite - very disappointing!!

A primemark suitcase alike
I bought this suitcase on the 30th of August and traveled with it on the 1st of September upon my return on the 15th September after collecting my luggage the wheel broke while rolling the suitcase. It is unbelievable how a brand such Samsonite that I've used for many years went down from using excellent quality to very cheap material. A massive different compare to the old Samsonite I own and still surviving. I hope Samsonite will fix this issue

Absolute worst aftersales service ever
Just bought a new Proxis case and was trying to enquire about buying another for my wife and getting them personalised but when the chatbot found out it was only aftersales they shut me down saying the real people were too busy to help with aftersales at the moment. Typical of corporate attitudes to loyal customersâ€_ or rather ex-customers now
