I bought this less than a month ago and used for a first trip. The shell is not only scratched but whatever the shell is made with has pierced in places. The material is neither robust nor substantial and cannot withstand the airport process. The suitcase has been an absolute waste of money .Customer Services have been their usual unhelpful selves . Appallingl service. Thoroughly disappointed.

I bought this case to replace a 12 year old C Lite case which had finally given up. It looks very nice is light and easy to roll. But on its first outing - a short haul flight - it came off the carousel with the front dented and caved in. Luckily I didn't have fragile objects inside or they would have been broken. A very disappointing poor quality item and certainly not worth the price tag. Avoid.
Lovely case. So light and very easily to wheel. As an 80year old it has made a great difference to my ease of travel.
Water drips down the pull-out handle and gets into the case leaving your clothes wet. Bad design.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. The suitcase took weeks to arrive I thought I was buying from a quality company. Went online to read Trust Pilots reviews and there were reams of the same disappointing customer service reviews. I don't imagine this will get to Samsonite's website for other customers to see so I will too post on Trust Pilot.
Excellent for our 1 / 2 week trips abroad. I like that both sides have separate compartments it is very light and the colour stands out while waiting in luggage reclaim. :)
I've purchased two of these in different colours one for my wife and one for me. Samsonite reputation played a big part in this order. It's early days but so far I'm happy with them. Easy to move around and and easy to spot at baggage reclaim. You don't waste a big chunk of your luggage allowance when flying. The cases are sturdy and stylish and come with a decent guarantee.
