Shoulder straps do not last 1

The bag seemed great when first purchased. However after around 12 months of use the shoulder straps started to detach from the bag. I would say my bag was never overloaded either. For the price of this bag it is unacceptable.
An excellent bag. But I'm fussy. Some improvements... 4

Overall an excellent bag. Some improvements.... 1 Tablet sleeve needs to allow for tablet larger than a 10.2 ipad. 2 Shoulder Straps - prob the biggest concern with this design is integrity of 'weak' point of stitching. They are comfortable when on but you are buying a larger bag to put more items in therefore stitching and design of straps requires an improved design to last longer. I have used mine carefully for about 3 months. 3 It's a small one but then if you're buying a bag like this it's because you're fussy and likely have other things to complain about other than this sweet bag...The tightening strap for each shoulder has about 12 inches of excess which hangs and swings knocking against your forearm. There should be a simple fastening mechanism to prevent swinging. Not an improvement but worth knowing.... Once backpack is extended further zip plus back pack folding out to reveals a 'hidden' 1 inch deep space (shirts? other) .
Stitches come off after one wek 1

I'm a Samsonite fan from the USA so seeing this backpack at the store in Sweden I knew right the way this model isn't available in the States I fell in love with it and made the purchase. I paid $326 (after exchanged to USD). After one week now I'm back to the States the stitches are coming off (see pictures) on the side pocket and the shoulder strap. I mean come on it's $326. At this price tag I could have bought brands with higher quality like Briggs & Riley or Travelpro. These broken stitches bring the backpack down to a cheap low quality brand I would find at Walmart. Registering the backpack is also tricky I cannot register it using the North America region I have to use the Europe region. How am I gonna get this repair now? Sending it back to Sweden!? I've been using Samsonite for years I have its luggage and backpack but this is the first time I paid this much for a Samsonite backpack what a big mistake. I wish I could return it. Do NOT follow my mistake!
