  • Good but not perfect 4

    Many things I really love about this bag quality and finish are excellent structure is very solid and comfortable to carry and it looks good too. Minor disappointments being the drink holders are not usable with thermal bottles or cans.. nicely lined to insulate but cannot get a bottle in there. Possible miscalculation on my part is that my laptop fits really well as does my tablet but the usb keyboard I use is too tall for the bag so have to carry separately. Overall really nice product good quality but is expensive compared with competition

  • Stitches come off after one wek 1

    Bought this bag while in Sweden now back in the US a week later the stitches came off on the side of the pocket and on the shoulder strap. Original it looks like stitches you can cut off but after cutting it off more stitches come out. I contacted Samsonite support they said it's normal you just need to cut it off. Come on it's a 300 USD backpack and you think it's normal when the quality is the same of a $50 bag? DO NOT BUY THIS BACKPACK AND SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE.

    Had for 1 week now - excellent storage capacity and compartments for all work items. Also sufficient space to use for overnight trip.
