Orfeo Spinner 55/20 55cm

I bought this model in September 2018 and used it only on two trips. the plastic of the suitcase cracked in the area of ​​the handle that is attached to the outside of the suitcase.

I bought this bag on a trip because my first Samsonite carry-on had the zipper fail. I had this new bag for 2 days when the case started crumbling apart. This bag managed to last one train ride before breaking. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy this luggage.

Just believed that the brand Samsonite was known for quality and trust. But was shocked and totally disappointed. Broke in just first 2 trips! Such a shame. I feel cheated. Wish I could give negative rating.

I was very happy with this product until the case split in two places. The handle and the wheels are good but the case is thin. I assumed that this was because it is lightweight but as it has now split in two places I am lessthan impressed. I came online to access my warranty info to arrange a replacement but have had little joy in finding any contact info either online or in the emails sent during and after the purchase process. The only place I could find the required info was as a reply to a review from a user experiencing a similar problem (broken case) to mine. I expected better on all levels.

Very light perfect cabin size I had hoped this would see me through several years alas the telescopic handle broke within a few years.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying this suitcase as my experience was exactly the same as that of the other reviewers. I bought this suitcase in July 2019 and had only used it a couple of times as hand luggage when the plastic around the wheels broke - as you can see on my photo the picture is very similar to other users. The representative branch of Samsonite in Slovenia argued this does not qualify for warranty as it's damage caused by an airline. First of all I made it clear that this has only been used as cabin luggage so not thrown around. Second of all if other users complain of the exact same problem after only a few months use that should be a good indicator that the quality of the product is bad and unsuitable for sale. I honestly think this line should be recalled if so many users complain of the same issue deeming the suitcase obviously unfit for the purpose of travelling. I bought Samsonite as I expected this was an investment into a suitcase for a few years and I am terribly disappointed both with the product and customer service. Unfortunately I will definitely not buy Samsonite again and would not recommend it to anyone as the quality definitely does not justify the price.

This case is very poor quality the handle keeps going down and is very shaky. Not the quality I was expecting from Samsonite
