Lite-Box Alu Spinner 55cm

I bought t and after only 2 trips the lock is now broken. its nearly impossible to open the left latch (the one closest to the wheels). when I contacted a samsonite store about this they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for it to get repaired! I need a suitcase for frequent use and cant send it out for 4 weeks when my trip is in a few days!!! don't be fooled by the cheaper price tag than what RIMOWA offers they have a much better lifetime warranty and are 1kg lighter!! i really regret my purchase. they also told me that I needed proof of purchase for the case which I do not have as I had purchased this some time ago. the telescopic handle is broken and goes down when locked in one of its 4 stages. I don't recommend the alu box instead go for the RIMOWA original cabin 300 more but worth that money. this suitcase isn't designed ground up to be made of aluminum it's a plastic suitcase that has been adapted to deal with an aluminum material making the structure and quality very poor. from the video you can see that the left latch is not working. this is poor quality samsonite and poor customer service. I would like a refund period.

55 cabin case silver Great case feels very strong and looks it handles are very good quality so is the extended handel . Wheels are silky smooth it is 4.7 kg but if you need a case the will protect your laptop or i pad then you need a strong outer case as if you buy a soft case it will not stand up to airport demolish staff. If your looking for high quality case that will protect whats in side then this is for you. If your looking for a very lite soft outter case and not worried about damage inside then your better of going to Argos and getting a cheap one Purchased from J.Lewis ( 122705 1004 wn 1491 1655 )

We always please to used samsonite for travel we have been using this brand for a very long time . But this time I bought this one for my husband as he travel a lot for a biz trip .

I purchased the suitcase in 2019 and had taken it on many trips since in 2022 the case got misaligned the telescopic handle broke an the locks would not open due to overpacking and pressure on the locks rimowa has locks on the outside so avoids this problem i had sent it off to be repaired and paid 100 pounds for servicing and it took 8 months for it to come back rimowa dupe
