I haven't used the case yet but it looks solid.I have two commentsFirstly the side with the hinge on it only has feet on one end so when the case is on edge its resting on the hingeSecondly I struggled with the diagrams showing how to set the code on the case. Needs better graphics

I have now done one trip since I purchased the suitcase and my opinion is that it's a very poor design. The suitcase looks really worn out now. It scratches very easy it even has red stripes from being stored in the plane with other suitcases. I can't get the red off my suitcase. After return flight I collected my suitcase deformed in shape from being stuck up with other suitcases. The shell is too soft and wobbly for the hard shell suitcase. I know that I will not be reaching for this suitcase because I will be worrying if it will come in one piece or I will have to take my belongings in bin bags home from airport. That's how flimsy the suitcase feels!I emailed Samsonite asking if their 5 year guaranty covers generally poor design of goods which this suitcase is they came back with a random email about white labels and have since ignored my follow up email. So the Customer service seems to be matching the quality standard of the suitcase unfortunately.

I was initially impressed by how incredibly lightweight this suitcase isâ€”perfect for maximizing luggage allowance without compromising on space. The two internal dividers are a real bonus too keeping everything neat and well-organized during travel.However I was disappointed to find that the bright yellow exterior marked very easily. After just one use the case showed noticeable scuffs and scratches which really detracts from its sleek look. A bit of a letdown for such a vibrant and stylish piece.Overall itâ€™s a practical suitcase in terms of function but if youâ€™re hoping the Radiant Yellow will stay looking fresh and bold it might not hold up under the rigors of travel.

I previously had samsonite suitcases which have lasted a very long time. But my larger case had one of the handles break. I looked at the competition but still thought samsonite was the best. I donâ€™t like zip bags so this model was for me. I would say itâ€™s not as strong as my old case but it is lighter and itâ€™s recycled. The instruction for the combination lock are abysmal. I ended up going on YouTube to work it out. So Samsonite give better instructions and you have a good product.
