I loved it until the zipper just fell apart in a day
I've always been happy with Samsonite so I was super happy when I got this as a gift a couple of years ago. It looked good and matched well with my Samsonite suitcase. I decided to replace my old backpack which I had been using for 8 years in favor of this. All this is the reason why I became super disappointed when the zipper just fell apart in one day. It was fine when I left for work this morning but then something happened. I was only able to close it with one zipper and hoped to be able to survive the day. But suddenly during the evening when I was travelling both zippers fell out and wouldn't go back. The rest of my trip I had to carry it with both hands to avoid all the content from falling out. Which is not easy when you also have a suitcase and a 3 year old child to bring with you. Since it was a gift I can't ask for any warranty. And I was very surprised when seeing the price when I know I've only used this for about a year or so. I hate saying this but I really can't recommend this product to anyone. I'm also sad to say I cannot claim myself a loyal Samsonite user. I was planning to buy a new Samsonite suitcase soon but now I'm not sure no more.
