Fantastic suitcase but the red not as bright as the photo. 4

Love the suitcase but I was very disappointed In the colour as I had hoped it would be a bright red like the image suggested on the website but unfortunately it's much duller and more of a maroon red than bright chilli red.
Lock wouldn't open on first use 3

Had to break the zips to open the case as the lock with the code wouldn't open (correct code was applied). This was on the first use too having only bought the case 2 weeks prior.

My last Samsonite soft suitcase lasted over 15 y. I'm hoping this one will do the same although it hasn't been on a flight yet. The mustard yellow colour is lovely and should stand out on the carousel. It is lightweight. I originally purchased the 71cm not realising that the measurements include the wheels so it was too small. Return was free and no problem. The 78cm is a much better size for me and has additional compartments on the outside and inside the lid.

Have used this for d lite for many years ,literally traveled the world with them Unfortunately they were damaged on delta airlines and now after 9 years,although they still look new I have to replace it. Exceptionally light and comfortable
