  • Beautiful design but very poor quality 1

    This backpack has a beautiful and practical design. The top closes by rolling over and fastening — a stylish and functional idea. Unfortunately after just one month of normal use the material cracked at both ends of the roll exactly where it bends to close.Samsonite handled the situation professionally and replaced the bag with another of similar value which I appreciate. However it’s very disappointing that such a beutiful-designed backpack has such a weak point. For me this flaw makes it a no-go.Let me know if you’d like to adjust the tone further — for example making it softer sharper or more technical.

    Durability and Maintenance ConcernsThis bag's material feels tough but it's actually quite thin and not very durable. It scratched on the London Underground leaving a hole. What's more when stained the marks are surprisingly hard to wipe off. You'll need to be really careful where you put this bag. Honestly you're probably better off sticking with a canvas bag for something that will last.

    This is an excellent bag. Very strong. I use it to go to work and carry my change. I do not think it's big enough for 1 week holiday. Not for me anyway. I think it will be ok for 1 weekend away.

    The hinge broke after just using the backpack for less than 1 month. I emailed the customer service no response other than we received your email. I only carried my laptop there is something wrong with the production of this backpack. Not worth for the price you pay for a Samsonite bag
