    Ordered from the website because it's not available in London. Arrived on time (although a bit drama of identity confirmation and delivery) the customer service was very helpful. It is very unique in the airport and I'm sure no one will take it by mistake. However the second day I took it with me travelling from the UK to Germany and found out there is a small hole on the inside fabric. Not sure whether it caused by a biscuit box or just some issue with the fabric itself. It's a shame though.
